All sessions are based on classic Therapeutic Swedish Massage techniques. I integrate various modalities (such as Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release), to meet the needs of my client. Each session is intended to enhance relaxation, reduce tension caused by stress, increase range of motion, improve circulation and offer a nuturing and positive experience of touch. Everything I do is with you and your comfort in mind. From the cozy, warmed, massage table, super soft cuddly sheets, relaxing music playing on the Bose sound system, gentle candlelight, everything is intended for your comfort. My #1 goal is to give you the best massage experience in Vero Beach. You won't find a "cookie cutter" massage here! So come on in and relax as I iron out the stress, tension, aches and pains and you will leave feeling pampered, nurtured, revitalized and renewed.
